Average Shipping Duration

  1. USA (12 - 30 Days)
  2. Brazil (30 - 60 Days depending on customs delay)
  3. Rest of the World (20 - 50 Days)

 

  • If you have not received your package within 65 days, kindly message us. We will review your order for any shipping mistakes. If none can be found, we will refund your payment.

 

  • Brazil is a different story. Brazil's custom clearing is delayed and might not show any movement. We are working for an express paid shipping in Brazil but is currently not yet available. For our Brazil customers, please wait for your parcel.

 

  • Any customs fees and taxes will be shouldered by the buyer.

 

  • If your package is stuck at customs, it probably means you have to pay for customs fee like how our Philippines customer experience it.
